Additional New Moon (The Twilight Saga, Book 2) Information

"Shoot," I muttered when the paper sliced my finger; I pulled it out to examine the damage. A single drop of blood oozed from the tiny cut. It all happened very quickly then. Edward threw himself at me, flinging me back across the table... I tumbled down to the floor by the piano, with my arms thrown out instinctively to catch my fall, into the jagged shards of glass. I felt the searing, stinging pain that ran from my wrist to the crease inside my elbow. Dazed and disoriented, I looked up from the bright red blood pulsing out of my arm-into the fevered eyes of the six suddenly ravenous vampires. Legions of readers entranced by Twilight are hungry for more and they won't be disappointed. In New Moon, Stephenie Meyer delivers another irresistible combination of romance and suspense with a supernatural twist. The "star-crossed" lovers theme continues as Bella and Edward find themselves facing new obstacles, including a devastating separation, the mysterious appearance of dangerous wolves roaming the forest in Forks, a terrifying threat of revenge from a female vampire and a deliciously sinister encounter with Italy's reigning royal family of vampires, the Volturi. Passionate, riveting, and full of surprising twists and turns, this vampire love saga is well on its way to literary immortality.

What Customers Say About New Moon (The Twilight Saga, Book 2):

I am an Edward fan for sure, so even though I loved reading this book. I really couldn't wait to get to the parts about Edward. I have not read in years, and I simply could not put this series down.

I just can't get enough. I have read all the books at least five or six times.

Relationship wise Meyer could of saved her series by having Bella get with Jacob and get over Edward. I was hoping that would happen but no it didn't, Jacob is the healthy non-controlling shoulder to lean on there for you guy any girl should want. Not a controlling stalking obsessive abusive guy like Edward.

By the end of the novel, we are so in tune with Edward and Jacob that it's easy to picture their moods, movements, and have a good guess at what they'll do next. The downside of "New Moon": The Twilight novels are very slow paced, which is fine. It may sound far fetched if you haven't read any of the Twilight series, but Meyer's presents even the most bizarre senarios in a way that makes them believable.I believe Stephanie Meyer's magic lies in the way she makes the reader feel so closely connected with Bella. I totally enjoyed Stephanie Myer's "New Moon", a sweet yet dark tale of a girl and a vampire kept apart by circumstances, and a little emotional fling on the side with a werewolf. This one just doesn't seem like they've gotten very far by the end, and it felt like it was more or less setting the reader up for what is to come in "Eclipse". And I'm not just talking about the 1st person POV. It's as if the reader feels like they know Bella on a personal level (whether they choose to love her or hate her), and the prose makes it feel as if we crawl inside her head, spellbound by her stream of consciousness. But, that said, I would still highly recommend this book. The prose is magnificent and pulls you along, while the characters are unique and prolific.

The book is a fantastic collectors item comes in a beautiful dust cover and the pages are all frayed and torn on the outer to make it look old I have only bought this book as a keepsake and Im not reading it but it is great for my Twilight collection would advise any Twilighter to collect The only thing Im a bit dissapointed with is the dust cover has a sticker of the tulip which personally I think they should of gone one better and actually embossed it into the dust cover but otherwise Im really happy
